HKK-Siroki-Brijeg (Division I) added to their roster 31-year old American guard Daishon Knight (185cm-86kg-1991, college: Illinois State, agency: BIG). Knight already started the season at Al Ansar in Saudi Arabian SBL league. In four games he recorded very impressive stats: 23.8ppg, 5.5rpg, 3.0apg and 2.3spg.
He is quite experienced player. Knight’s career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in nine different countries. Knight tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Australia and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in Bulgaria (Akademik Plovdiv and Balkan), Kosovo (Bashkimi), Lithuania (Siauliai), Montenegro (Mornar), New Zealand (Jets and Sharks), Qatar (Qatar Club), Switzerland (Geneve), Turkey (Final Spor and Istanbul) and Israel (Hapoel Acre). Knight was also voted to Australiabasket.com New Zealand NBL All-Imports Team in 2018 and 2021.
His team won Bulgarian League Regular Season in 2020.
He graduated from Illinois State in 2015 and it is his eighth season as a professional player.
