Experienced Jamaican-Canadian Jarred Ogungbemi-Jackson (178-PG-1991, agency: Slash Sports) put on an amazing game in the last round for Orleans and that’s him to receive a Hoops Agents ProB Player of the Week award for round 2.
The 31-year old playmaker had the game-high 27 points adding nine rebounds and two assists for Orleans in his team’s victory, helping them to edge out Saint Quentin (1-1) 67-63. Orleans is placed at 9th position in French ProB. Orleans is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 1-1 record. Ogungbemi-Jackson turned to be Orleans’ top player in his first season with the team.

The second most remarkable performance in last round’s games was young guard Leopold Delaunay (193-G-2001) of Vichy Clermont. Delaunay impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 14 points and 12 rebounds. Of course Vichy Clermont cruised to a 98-89 relatively comfortable win over Saint Vallier (1-1). The season is still at the very beginning and this victory may help a lot. Let’s wait for the next round. Delaunay is well-known by Vichy Clermont fans and he already established his position as one of team’s most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was another Vichy Clermont’s star – American Tray Boyd III (193-G-1998). Boyd III got into 30-points club by scoring 32 points in the last round. He went also for eight assists. He was another key player of Vichy Clermont, helping his team with a 98-89 win against Saint Vallier (1-1). Vichy Clermont needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 1 victory and 1 lost game. Boyd III has a great season in France. After only 2 games, he made it on the list of the league’s leaders in points with 25.5ppg (best scorer).

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it’s accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) – 2*BSAG – 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM – 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) – 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) – (FTA-FTM)
