Imortal Luzigas Albufeira (Liga Betclic) signed 27-year old American guard Marquise Moore (188cm-94kg-1994, college: GMU). He will help the team from Albufeira at the Point guard position. Moore played last season at Phoenix Hagen in German ProA. In 32 games he had 12.0ppg, 4.8rpg and 4.1apg.
In 2017 he was drafted by Iowa Wolves (G-League) in first round (8th overall).
The former George Mason University standout is in his sixth season in pro basketball.
He has played previously professionally in The Basketball Tournament (Brooklyn V.) and NBA Summer League (Minnesota Timberwolves).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team made it to the National Prep Championship Semifinals in 2013. Moore was voted All-Atlantic 10 Most Improved Player of the Year back in 2017.
