Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Ukrainians who are currently playing abroad.
   #1. This week’s number one is former international power forward Sergiy Pavlov (209-1997, currently plays in LAT-EST BL). He was the major contributor in Parnu‘s victory against the closely-ranked BK Ogre (4-2) 85-71 in the Lat-Est BL in Saturday night’s game.
Pavlov recorded 16 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists in 35 minutes on the court.
Parnu Sadam (3-1) is placed fifth in the Lat-Est BL.
It was his team’s third consecutive victory in a row.
But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen.
Pavlov has relatively good stats this year: 14.3ppg, 5.5rpg, 2.3apg, 2FGP: 57.6%(19-33) and FT: 72.2% in four games he played so far.
He played for the Ukrainian senior national team year ago.

   #2. Second place goes to former international center Artem Pustovyi (219-1992, agency: BeoBasket, currently plays in Spain). Pustovyi led Murcia to a 1-point victory over the closely-ranked Valencia (3-0) 75-74 in the Spanish Liga Endesa last Sunday.
He was MVP of the game. Pustovyi recorded 16 points and grabbed 5 rebounds.
It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Universidad Catolica de Murcia CB (1-2) is placed third in the Liga Endesa.
But the season just started, so everything may happen.
This year Pustovyi averages: 7.0ppg, 5.4rpg, 2FGP: 63.6%(14-22) and FT: 53.8%.
He played for the Ukrainian national team in 22.

   #3. The Ukrainian player who performed third best last week abroad was former international power forward Andrii Voinalovych (207-1999, currently plays in LAT-EST BL). Voinalovych could not help Tartu (4-2) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Tartu lost 77-89 on the road to the lower-ranked (#8) VEF Riga.
Voinalovych was the top scorer with 29 points. He also added 5 rebounds in 26 minutes.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
Voinalovych has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 18.7ppg, 4.3rpg, 2FGP: 62.5%(40-64), 3FGP: 37.5% and FT: 60.9% in six games.
Voinalovych played for the Ukrainian national team year ago.

   #4. Swingman Olexandr Belikov (201-1992, currently plays in Czech Republic) led NH Ostrava to a victory against the league outsider Olomoucko (0-5) 86-80 in the Czech Republic NBL in Saturday night’s game.
He recorded 21 points, 8 rebounds and 2 blocks.
BK Nova Hut Ostrava (2-3) is placed fifth in the NBL.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
This season Belikov has relatively solid stats: 13.5ppg, 4.0rpg and 2.0spg.
He used to play for the Ukrainian national team
back in 20.
   #5. Former U20 international point guard Maksim Miroshnichenko (182-1996, agency: BIG, currently plays in Belarus) led Borisfen to a victory over the sixth-ranked Gomel (0-7) crushing them 92-46 in the Belarusian Premier League last Tuesday.
Miroshnichenko was the best player in that game. He scored 18 points, made 4 passes and 4 steals in a mere 16 minutes.
COR-Borisfen Mogilev (6-1) is placed first in Group A.
It was his team’s fifth consecutive victory in a row.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
Miroshnichenko has reliable stats this year: 12.6ppg, 1.6rpg, 4.6apg and 1.7spg in seven games.
He used to play for the Ukrainian U20 national team
years ago.

   #6. Point guard Oleksandr Kovliar (188-2002, currently plays in LAT-EST BL) was not able to help one of league’s weakest teams Kalev/Cramo (2-2) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Kovliar’s good performance Kalev/Cramo was edged 73-70 on the opponent’s court by the higher-ranked Viimsi (#9).
He recorded 12 points and added 3 passes.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
This season Kovliar has very high stats. He averages: 15.5ppg, 2.3rpg and 3.8apg.
Kovliar is a former U20 international player as he played for the Ukrainian team year ago.

   #7. Former international shooting guard Olexandr Mishula (192-1992, currently plays in Czech Republic) was the main contributor in Brno‘s victory against the league outsider Olomoucko (0-5) crushing them 97-68 in the Czech Republic NBL in Saturday night’s game.
He was the top player that evening. Mishula scored 15 points and added 3 passes in 24 minutes.
Basket Brno (3-1) is placed third in the NBL.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
Mishula’s stats this year are: 13.5ppg and 2.3apg in four games.
He used to play for the Ukrainian national team
years ago.

   #8. An experienced center Viacheslav Kravtsov (212-1987, also represented by BeoBasket, currently plays in Spain) contributed to an easy victory against the 12th-ranked Alginet (1-3) crushing them 79-53 in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division) last Saturday.
Kravtsov scored 16 points, had 7 rebounds and made 2 blocks.
Hestia Menorca (4-0) is placed second in East group.
So far his team won all four games in the Regular Season.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
Kravtsov’s stats this season are: 14.0ppg, 5.8rpg and 2.0apg.
He used to play for the Ukrainian national team
back in 22.
   #9. Former international center Volodymyr Gerun (208-1994, college: Portland, currently plays in Spain) was not able to secure a victory for one of league’s weakest teams one of league’s weakest teams Real Betis (1-2) in their game against Fuenlabrada (2-1) in the Spanish Liga Endesa.
Gerun recorded 8 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 17 minutes.
Real Betis lost 77-83 in Madrid to the second-ranked Fuenlabrada.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
This year Gerun’s overall stats are: 6.8ppg and 5.5rpg in four games.
He used to play for the Ukrainian national team
years ago.

   #10. Point guard Ernesto Tkachuk (190-1994, another player represented by BIG, currently plays in Belarus) contributed to an easy victory against the fourth-ranked Tsmoki II (3-3) 75-59 in the Belarusian Premier League last Tuesday.
Tkachuk scored 9 points, grabbed 5 boards, passed 11 assists and added 4 steals in 30 minutes.
Rubon Vitebsk OBK-Voktsor (4-3) is placed third in Group A.
It was his team’s third consecutive victory in a row.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
This year Tkachuk’s total stats are: 8.9ppg, 4.1rpg, 8.4apg and 1.9spg in seven games.
He is a former U20 international player as years ago he still played for the Ukrainian national team.

   #11. Former international power forward Maxym Korniyenko (206-1987, another player represented by BIG, currently plays in Spain) couldn’t help Calpe (2-2) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Korniyenko’s very good performance the eighth-placed Calpe was edged 78-75 at home by the lower-ranked UCAM Murcia 2nd team (#9) in the Group E-B.
He was the top scorer with 23 points. Korniyenko also added 8 rebounds (went 5 for 5 at the free throw line).
This season Korniyenko has very high stats. He averages: 16.0ppg, 11.3rpg and 1.5apg.

years ago.

   #12. Former U16 international center Maksym Kozlovets (200-1990, another player represented by BIG, currently plays in Belarus) is a teammate of previously mentioned Ernesto Tkachuk. But that was another game of his team in Belarusian Premier League which we would like to mention.
Kozlovets contributed to an easy victory against the sixth-ranked Gomel crushing them 102-63.
He recorded 12 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 20 minutes.
Kozlovets averaged so far 11.9ppg and 6.1rpg in seven games.
He used to play for the Ukrainian U16 national team
back in 6.

   #13. Former University international power forward Volodymyr Shevchenko (200-1994, another player represented by BIG, currently plays in LAT-EST BL) couldn’t help Tarvas (0-4) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Tarvas was crushed 106-50 in Kamianske by the leading Prometey.
Shevchenko was the top scorer with 19 points. He also added 5 rebounds in 34 minutes.
Shevchenko averaged so far 13.5ppg, 5.0rpg and 1.5apg in four games.
He used to play for the Ukrainian university national team
years ago.

   #14. Former international swingman Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk (201-1997, college: Kansas, currently plays in NBA) managed to help New York Knicks to win against the Detroit Pistons crushing them 130-106 in the NBA in Friday night’s game.
Mykhailiuk recorded only 3 points. It was his first game for New York Knicks this season.
Mykhailiuk used to play for the Ukrainian national team
back in 22.

   #15. Former international forward Artem Kovalov (208-1997, currently plays in Lithuania) couldn’t help P.Zvaigzdes in their game against Wolves in the Lithuanian LKL. He cannot count Sunday’s game as one of the best ones.
Kovalov scored only 2 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 20 minutes.
His team lost 69-76.
Kovalov has averaged so far 2.6ppg and 2.4rpg in five games.
He used to play for the Ukrainian national team
years ago.

The list of other players, who all have Ukrainian passport but never been selected to any of Ukrainian national teams:

   #1. Igor Nesterenko (203-C-1990, currently plays in Israel) contributed to a 2-point Maccabi Rishon‘s victory against the 12th-ranked H.Hevel Modi’in (0-2) 87-85 in the Israeli National League (second division) in Tuesday night’s game.
Nesterenko scored 10 points and grabbed 8 rebounds.
Maccabi Effie Capital Rishon Le-Zion (2-0) is placed third in the National League.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
Nesterenko’s total stats this season are: 9.0ppg and 6.5rpg.
He has a dual citizenship: Ukrainian and Israeli.
Despite Nesterenko’s Ukrainian passport, he previously played for the Israeli U20 national team and is probably not eligible to play for the Ukrainian team.

   #2. Andriy Kozhemiakin (190-PG-1996, agency: BIG, currently plays in Germany) led TKS 49ers to a 3-point victory over the tenth-ranked Eagles (1-2) 81-78 in the German ProB (third division) last Saturday.
Kozhemiakin was the top player that evening. He recorded 20 points and had 3 steals.
TKS 49ers RSV Eintracht Stahnsdorf (3-1) is placed third in North group.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
Kozhemiakin averaged so far 13.8ppg, 2.5rpg, 1.3apg and 1.8spg.

   #3. Danilo Sokolenko (203-F-1999, currently plays in Lithuania). Sokolenko could not help Palanga (2-4) to beat Suduva-Mantinga (4-1).
He recorded 5 points.
Palanga was badly defeated 80-63 on the road by the much higher-ranked Suduva-Mantinga (#3).
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
Sokolenko has averaged so far 4.5ppg and 2.8rpg.

   #4. Artem Yailo (202-F-2000, currently plays in Spain) was the major contributor in Quintanar‘s victory against the 11th-ranked Tobarra (0-1) 89-73 in the Spanish EBA (fourth division) on Saturday night.
He scored 17 points, had 5 rebounds, passed 4 assists and added 2 blocks in 21 minutes.
Basket Globalcaja Quintanar (1-1) is placed eighth in Group B-B.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
Yailo has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 16.5ppg, 5.0rpg and 2.0apg in two games he played so far.

   #5. Aleksander Szczerbatiuk (176-PG-1996, currently plays in Poland) contributed to an easy victory against the 11th-ranked Zgierz (2-3) 94-76 in the Polish 2Liga (third division) on Saturday night.
Szczerbatiuk recorded 9 points in only 14 minutes.
KSK Notec Inowroclaw (2-3) is placed ninth in Group A.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
Szczerbatiuk has averaged so far 8.0ppg, 2.6rpg and 2.8apg in five games.

   #6. Maksym Osypov (185-G-2006, currently plays in Poland) managed to help Znicz Basket Pruszkow to win against the 13th-ranked Profbud Legia Warszawa 83-67 in the Polish 2Liga (third division) in Sunday night’s game.
He scored only 3 points.
This season Osypov averages just 2.5ppg.

   #7. Dmitro Zolotarov (193-F-1992, currently plays in Germany) was not able to help Bergedorf in their game against Oldenburger TB in the German Regionalliga (fourth division). He cannot count Sunday’s game as one of the best ones.
Zolotarov scored only one point in 11 minutes. It was his first game for Bergedorf this season.
His team lost 73-79.
