KK Zabok (Premijer Liga) agreed terms with 26-year old Bosnian center Refik Basic (214cm-1995) for upcoming 2022-23 season. Basic played last season at Hopsi Polzela in Slovenian Liga Nova KBM. In 25 games he had 4.3ppg and 2.0rpg.
The most of previous (2020-21) season he spent at Bosna-Royal in Bosnia and Herzegovina Division I where in 22 games he recorded 8.9ppg and 3.4rpg in that year. He helped them to make it to the Bosnia and Herzegovina Cup Semifinals. Basic also spent pre-season at KK Kakanj (Division I) in Bosnia.
He has played also professionally for other Bosnia and Herzegovina teams like Spars Sarajevo 2nd team and Spars. Basic’s team made it to the League Semifinals in 2015 and 2018.
