Collin Turner
Gence BC (Superleague) landed 27-year-old American 185cm guard Collin Turner (college: Angelo State) for the new season. Turner played most recently at Gtuni in Georgian A-League. In 13 games he was the league’s fourth-best scorer with an impressive 15.4ppg and recorded 4.7rpg, 4.0apg (top 2), and 2.3spg (leader !!!) last season. He helped them to win the regular season and make it to the semifinals. Turner can count that season as very successful as was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Georgian A-League Defensive Player of the Year.
The previous (2021) summer he played at Monarchs in U.S. semi-pro league TBL where in two games he averaged 14.0ppg, 9.5rpg, 3.0apg, and 1.5spg.
He has played also professionally in TBL (South Shore M.).
Turner won NJCAA D3 Region 20 championship title in 2018.
He graduated from Angelo State in 2020 and it will be his third season in pro basketball.
