Agustin Sans

Grupo Alega Cantabria Torrelavega (LEB Silver) confirmed in their roster 27-year old guard Agustin Sans (195cm-1995) for new 2022-23 season. Sans played there last season. In 26 LEB Silver games he had 8.9ppg, 2.7rpg, 3.4apg and 1.2spg. He helped them to win the regular season.
The previous (2020-21) season he played at ICG Forca Lleida (LEB Gold) where in 24 games he recorded 4.3ppg, 2.7rpg and 1.9apg in that year.
Sans represented Spain at the European Championships (FIBA EuroBasket) U20 in Lignano Sabbiadoro (Italy) seven years ago. His team won Silver and his stats at that event were 10 games: 4.5ppg, 2.6rpg, 1.6apg, 1.2spg.
He has played previously for five other teams: Joventut, Huesca, Bilbao, Prat and Oviedo.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-European Championships (FIBA EuroBasket) U18 Honorable Mention back in 2013.
On Sans:
Ho goes inside with great effectiveness, thanks to natural quickness and athleticism. On the perimeter, he’s a solid player, who defends hard and can pass the ball well (great court vision !). Currently adding quarterbacking skills and outside shooting range, his future is at the point.
