Riccardo Coviello
Omnia Basket Pavia (Serie B) strengthened their roster with addition of experienced 34-year old 195cm forward Riccardo Coviello, agency: SLN for season 2022-23. Coviello played most recently at Sant Antimo. In 30 Serie B games he recorded 11.8ppg, 6.7rpg and 1.1apg last season.
He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Italian Serie B Honorable Mention in 2019 and 2020.
The previous (2020-21) season he played at Pallacanestro Next Nardo where in 32 Serie B games he averaged 12.2ppg and 6.9rpg in that season. He helped them to win the Serie B title and they also played in the Supercup final.
He was a member of Italian U20 National Team back in 2006.
Coviello has spent his entire career in Italy playing for eight other teams: RO Virtus, Monferrato, Basket Barcellona, Malloni Basket Porto S.Elpidio, Civitanova, Volpino, Oleggio and Montegranaro.
