Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem (Winner League) signed 29-year old American ex-international forward Oz Blayzer (199cm-1992) for upcoming 2022-2023 season. Blayzer is a dual citizen owning also Portuguese passport. He has played for the last two seasons at Maccabi Playtika Tel-Aviv in the Winner League. In 34 games he had 5.1ppg and 3.5rpg last season. Blayzer helped them to win the cup and make to league semifinals. He also played 13 games in Euroleague where he recorded just 1.3ppg and 1.1rpg. Blayzer contributed to his team making it to the quarterfinals.
He was also a member of Israeli international program for some years. Blayzer played for Israeli Senior National Team two years ago and previously for U20 National Team back in 2012.
He represented Israel at the European Championships (FIBA EuroBasket) five years ago. His stats at that event were 4 games: 2.8ppg, 1.0rpg.
Blayzer has played previously for three other teams: Maccabi Rishon, Next Urban Maccabi Haifa and Hapoel Afula.
