There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in Serie B Nazionale. The round was exceptionally exciting as four games ended with a tiny margin. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most exciting game of round 36 in the Serie B Nazionale took place in Capo d’Orlando. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of second-best San Vendemiano (26-10) to fifth ranked Orlandina (23-13) 77-75 on Sunday evening. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of San Vendemiano. 24 personal fouls committed by San Vendemiano helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for Lithuanian Simas Jasaitis (201-1982) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds. Naturalized Argentinian forward Lucas Fresno (195-2004) contributed with 15 points and 6 assists for the winners. Power forward Andrea Donda (210-1999) replied with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds for San Vendemiano. San Vendemiano’s coach Daniele Aniello rotated ten players in this game, but that didn’t help. Orlandina moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Omegna. San Vendemiano at the other side keeps the second position with ten games lost. They share it with Legnano. Orlandina is looking forward to face league’s leader Treviglio on the road in the next round and it may be the game of the week. San Vendemiano will play against Piacenza and is hoping to win this game.
Very important is a road loss of third ranked Luiss Roma (24-11) against eleventh ranked Sant Antimo (18-18) on Sunday night. Visiting Luiss Roma was edged by Sant Antimo in a tough game in Napoli 80-83. Worth to mention a great performance of Pio Ruggiero (208-2004) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds and Gabriele Berra who added 17 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was Riccardo Salvioni (198-2004) with 20 points and 8 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!). Sant Antimo moved-up to tenth place. Luiss Roma at the other side keeps the third position with 11 games lost. They share it with Montecatini. Sant Antimo will play against league’s second-placed Ruvo di Puglia on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Luiss Roma will play against Caserta Pap. and hopes to get back on the winning track.
Very important is a home loss of third ranked Luiss Roma (24-11) against twelfth ranked Ravenna (16-20) on Wednesday night. Host Luiss Roma was defeated by Ravenna in a tough game in Roma 82-86. The winners were led by Gabriel Dron who scored that evening 16 points. Even a double-double of 21 points and 10 rebounds by Thomas Van Ounsem did not help to save the game for Luiss Roma. Ravenna maintains twelfth position with 16-20 record, which they share with Caserta Pap. and Imola Virtus. Loser Luiss Roma keeps the third place with 11 games lost. They share the position with Montecatini. Ravenna will meet at home Salerno (#14) in the next round. Luiss Roma will play against Caserta Pap.
