There was no surprise when 6th ranked BIPA (5-15) was defeated on the road by fourth ranked Khmelnytskyi (14-7) 72-59. The game was mostly controlled by Khmelnytskyi. BIPA was better in fourth quarter 17-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Khmelnytskyi dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to BIPA O.‘s 32. American guard Marty Hill (196-1997, college: Evansville) orchestrated the victory by scoring 17 points and 7 rebounds.
