Pinar Karsiyaka SK Izmir (BSL) inked 28-year old American 193cm guard Roberto Gallinat (college: Pacific, agency: Octagon Europe). Gallinat started the season at M.Ramat Gan in Israeli Winner League. In 11 games he recorded 14.1ppg, 2.8rpg, 1.5apg and 1.2spg. He helped them to make it to the cup final. Gallinat also played 9 games in Basketball Champions League where he averaged 9.7ppg, 2.4rpg, 1.3apg and 1.1spg.
He is a very experienced player. Gallinat has played also professionally in Denmark (Horsens IC), France (Sluc Nancy), Greece (Aris Midea and Karditsas), Italy (RO Eurobasket), Turkey (Yalovaspor) and The Basketball Tournament (The Nawf). He was voted to All-WCC Honorable Mention back in 2018 and 2019.
Gallinat graduated from University of Pacific in 2019 and it is his sixth season in pro basketball. He played also for South Plains College for 2 years.
