Kapakli Spor Tekirdag (TBL) agreed terms with 27-year old American guard Mitch Pelissier (190cm-84kg-1997, college: Concordia, IL, agency: Worldwide SM). Pelissier played last season at Pyrinto in Finnish Korisliiga. In 26 games he had 11.8ppg, 3.5rpg and 2.0apg.
The previous (2022-23) season he played at Amager in Danish BasketLigaen where in 12 games he recorded very impressive stats: 19.4ppg, 5.8rpg, 4.3apg and 1.8spg in that year.
He has played previously professionally in Denmark and Albania (Teuta).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he won Albanian League championship title in 2021. Pelissier was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Danish Ligaen Honorable Mention back in 2022.
He is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas.
Pelissier graduated from Concordia University Chicago in 2019 and it will be his sixth season as a professional player.
