Oxaco – LDP Donza 68-77
LDP Donza forced 20 Oxaco turnovers. Center Rik Van den Berghe (206-1993) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!) and 13 rebounds for the winners and Landon Unruh (-1997) chipped in 14 points. LDP Donza’s coach Kenneth Desloovere used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side power forward Bert Van den Broek (201-1992) responded with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds and guard Joppe Bouckaert (-2000) scored 19 points and 7 rebounds.

Forward Cedric Blanchart (-1998) nailed a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds for the winning side and Wout Leemans (-2001) accounted for 10 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Limburg B players scored in double figures. Forward Joppe Mennes (197-2003) came up with 8 points and 10 rebounds and guard Jo Van Buggenhout (180-2003) added 9 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for Guco Lier in the defeat. Guco Lier’s coach Steve Ibens rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn’t help.

Point guard Donovan Walasiak (184-1995) nailed 15 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side and Luxembourg forward Alex Laurent (198-1993) accounted for 15 points. Kortrijk’s coach Jeroen Debaveye allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Forward Thomas Mertens (190-1993) came up with 17 points and 8 rebounds and Senegalese-Spanish center Fall El Hadji (210-1992, agency: Interperformances) added 12 points and 8 rebounds respectively for Ieper in the defeat.

Guard Lucien Sissoko (200-1993) came up with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds and power forward Aaron Van Vooren (200-1994) added 15 points and 10 rebounds respectively for Waregem in the defeat.
