Worth to mention a great performance of Swedish center Mattias Markusson (220-1996, college: LMU) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds. The former international point guard Jakub Sirina (186-1987, agency: Octagon Europe) contributed with 19 points and 4 assists for the winners. Ukrainian Olexandr Mishula (192-1992) replied with 19 points and Slovakian Richard Korner (201-1990, agency: 011 Sports) added 12 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Brno. Five Brno players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

Nymburk dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Usti n/Labem’s 22 and made 19-of-24 charity shots (79.2 percent) during the game.
