I.Nahariya’s coach Offer Rahimi rotated eleven players seeing no chance for a win. E.Yavne have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with M.Rehovot and I.Nahariya. E.Yavne will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. M.Rehovot at the other side keeps the third position with four games lost. They share it with I.Nahariya and E.Yavne. M.Rishon will play against H.Kfar Qasem (#10) on the road in the next round. M.Rehovot will play against Otef Darom (#14) and hopes to get back on the winning track.

This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 11th consecutive match to seventh ranked E.Ashkelon (7-5) 94-72 on Saturday evening. Jalen Canty nailed a double-double by scoring 22 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks (made all of his eight free throws) for the winning side. Vince Cole came up with 26 points for Otef Darom in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. E.Ashkelon moved-up to sixth place.
