TalTech will play against Rapla (#9) and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.

They maintain second position behind leader VEF Riga. LU at the other side still closes the standings with 11 games lost. Rigas Z. will play against Kalev/Cramo (#4) in Tallinn in the next round. LU will play at home against Keila KK (#14) and hopes to get finally their first victory.

No shocking result in a game when eighth ranked Estonian Keila C. (5-3) beat at home 11th ranked Latvian Ventspils (4-7) 82-75 on Wednesday. The winners were led by Ukrainian center Ihor Serheyev (210-2001) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 20 points and 13 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) and Lithuanian guard Tautvydas Kupstas (193-2000, college: UWF) supported him with 12 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Keila C. players scored in double figures. Keila C.’s coach used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Even a double-double of 22 points and 12 rebounds by American forward Zac Watson (201, college: Longwood) did not help to save the game for Ventspils.
