The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of Freibeuter (1-1) on the court of eleventh ranked Vechta-3 on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by Vechta-3 94-82. Langen beat Saarlouis on the road 80-68. Lich Basketball destroyed Bensheim on its own court 104-75. SC Wizards outscored Soeflingen in Karlsruhe 96-63. Winless Mannheim was rolled over Schwenningen at home 49-74. Hagen-Haspe was defeated by Loewen on the opponent’s court 74-69. Koeln DTV was beaten by Grevenbroich in a home game 96-103.
