B.C. Zalgiris Kaunas (LKL) strengthened their roster with addition of 25-year old American 196cm swingman Lonnie Walker IV (college: Miami, FL). Walker was tested by Boston Celtics in the NBA, but was not approved after all. The last season he played at the Nets in NBA where in 58 games he recorded 9.7ppg, 2.2rpg and 1.3apg.
In 2018 he was drafted by San Antonio Spurs (NBA) in first round (18th overall). The former University of Miami star is in his seventh season in pro basketball.
He has played previously professionally in NBA (LA Lakers). he was also voted toBerks County Player of the Year back the same year.
Walker won Pennsylvania 6A High School State championship title in 2017.
