Elitzur Maccabi Netanya (Winner League) signed 26-year old American power forward Cody Riley (206cm-113kg-1997, college: UCLA) for upcoming 2024-25 season. He played last season at Stella Artois Leuven Bears in Belgian Pro Basketball League. In 13 BNXT League games he had very impressive stats: 15.5ppg, 10.8rpg and 3.1apg. He also played for Next Urban Maccabi Haifa (National League).
Riley is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Slovenia (Rogaska), Israel (Maccabi Effie Capital Rishon Le-Zion) and Czech Republic (Brno).
Among many awards he played in the final of Pac-12 Tournament in 2022. Riley was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Alpe Adria Cup Honorable Mention in 2023.
He graduated from University of California at Los Angeles in 2022 and it will be his third season as a professional player.
