Defending champion Keravnos Strovolou (OPAP Basket League) tabbed 22-year old Greek 198cm guard Tilemachos Vissariou, agency: MSG for new season. Vissariou has played for the last two years at Apollon in Greek Elite League. In 23 GBL games he averaged just 2.8ppg last season.
He represented Greece at the FIBA U20 European Championship in Podgorica (Montenegro) two years ago. His stats at that event were 6 games: 2.5ppg, 1.0rpg.
Vissariou has played also professionally for other Greek teams like Peristeri, Larissa BC and Peristeri.
Among many awards his team made it to the League Semifinals in 2022. He received Eurobasket.com All-Greek U18 Player of the Year award and Eurobasket.com All-Greek U18 Guard of the Year award back in 2020.
