AEK Betsson Athens (GBL) inked 25-year old American 190cm guard Prentiss Hubb (college: Notre Dame) for upcoming season. Hubb played most recently at Dolomiti Energia Trentino in Italian Serie A. In 30 games he averaged 11.4ppg, 1.9rpg and 5.0apg last season. He also played 16 games in Eurocup where he had 8.7ppg, 2.3rpg and 4.4apg.
The previous (2022-23) season he played at EnBW Ludwigsburg in German BBL. The team played in three different competitions (!!!) that year, and he was exposed to basketball on different levels. In 37 German BBL games he recorded very impressive stats: 15.4ppg, 3.1rpg, 5.5apg (top 5) and 1.1spg (in top 5) in that year. Hubb helped them to make it to the semifinals. Good season as he was voted League Player of the Week and selected to Eurobasket.com All-German Bundesliga Third Team. He also played 8 games in Basketball Champions League where he got remarkable 15.9ppg, 3.4rpg, 5.4apg and 1.5spg in that year.
Hubb graduated from University of Notre Dame in 2022 and it will be his third season in pro basketball.
