KK Podgorica Bemax (Erste Liga) strengthened their roster with addition of 22-year old Nigerian-Greek 201cm forward Alex Antetokounmpo for season 2024-25. Antetokounmpo played most recently at M Basket-Delamode Mazeikiai in Lithuanian LKL league. In 12 games he recorded 8.3ppg and 2.4rpg last season. He also played for Herd in U.S. NBA-G-League where in 34 games he averaged 6.0ppg and 3.4rpg.
He is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in Spain (UCAM), NBA (Toronto Raptors), France (Est Lyonnais), NBA G League (Raptors 905 Mississauga), NBA Summer League (Sacramento Kings and Sacramento Kings) and AAU (Wisconsin Playground).
Among many awards his team made it to the NBA G League Semifinals in 2022. Antetokounmpo was voted to Associated Press Wisconsin All-State Honorable Mention back in 2020.
