Bursaspor Basketbol (BSL) signed 29-year old American point guard Jaylon Brown (183cm-84kg-1994, college: Evansville) for upcoming 2024-25 season. Brown has played for the last two years at Pinar Karsiyaka in the BSL. In 25 games he had 10.2ppg, 1.8rpg and 2.6apg last season. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. Brown also played 15 games in Basketball Champions League where he recorded 7.9ppg, 1.7rpg and 1.9apg.
He is quite experienced player. Brown has played also professionally in Finland (Vilpas), Germany (Hamburg Towers), Spain (Surne Bilbao) and North Macedonia (Karpos Sokoli).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he played in the final of Turkish League in 2023. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-German Bundesliga Honorable Mention in 2022.
Brown graduated from University of Evansville in 2017 and it will be his eighth season as a professional player.
