Darussafaka Lassa Istanbul (BSL) inked 23-year old American 198cm winger Omari Moore (college: SJSU, agency: Diamond Sports) for upcoming season. It is actually his comeback to Darussafaka Lassa as he has played here before. Moore played this summer at Niagara River Lions in Canadian CEBL. In 16 games just recently he averaged 11.6ppg, 6.3rpg, 5.5apg, 1.4spg and 1.4bpg.
He is a very experienced player. Moore has played also professionally in USA, NBA (Milwaukee Bucks), NBA G League (Raptors 905 Mississauga) and NBA Summer League (Toronto Raptors).
Among many awards his team made it to the MWC Tournament Semifinals in 2023. He received All-MWC Player of the Year award in 2023.
Moore graduated from San Jose State University in 2023 and it will be his second season in pro basketball.
