Cagdas Bodrum Spor (TBL) landed experienced 34-year old 195cm small forward Murat Esen for new season. It is actually his comeback to Bodrum as he has played here before. Esen played most recently at Alagoz Holding Igdir Basketbol in TB2L. He helped his team get promotion to TBL. In 27 games he averaged 4.3ppg and 1.4rpg last season.

Esen has spent his entire career in Turkey playing for eight other teams: Gemlik, Yalovaspor, Bursaspor, Final Spor, Akhisar Bld, Konyaspor, Karesi Spor and Fethiye.
His team won Turkish TBL Regular Season in 2023.
