Aliaga Petkimspor Izmir (BSL) inked 23-year old American 198cm winger Jordan Wright for upcoming season. Wright just graduated from Louisiana State University (NCAA). In 33 games he averaged impressive 15.1ppg, 5.2rpg, 2.5apg and 1.7spg last season.
He started his college career at Vanderbilt University (NCAA) where he played four seasons. Then he moved to Louisiana State University (NCAA). His high school career he had spent at The Dunham School in Baton Rouge, LA.
Wright represented USA at the Albert Schweitzer International Tournament in Mannheim (Unofficial World Championships U18) six years ago. His stats at that event were 7 games: 9.4ppg, 4.7rpg, 1.0apg, 1.3spg.
So his pro career will start in Turkey.
