Valencia Basket (Liga Endesa) tabbed 28-year old Croatian international 200cm small forward Luka Bozic for new season. Bozic has played for the last two years at KK Zadar in Croatian Premijer Liga. In 26 games he was the best scorer with 14.1ppg and recorded 6.1rpg (#3 in the league) and 5.9apg (top 3) last season. He helped them to win the league title. Bozic can count that season as a very successful as was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Croatian Premijer Liga Player of the Year, Domestic Player of the Year and Finals MVP. He also played 27 games in ABA League where he averaged impressive 19.7ppg, 7.8rpg, 6.3apg and 1.1spg. Bozic was also voted League Player of the Week (10 times).
He has been also a member of Croatian international program for some years. Bozic has regularly played for Croatian senior team since 2016 and previously for U19 National Team back in 2015.
He represented Croatia at the European Championships (FIBA EuroBasket) U20 Division B in Chalkida (Greece) eight years ago.
Bozic is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in Bosnia (Siroki), Italy and Montenegro (Buducnost) and Croatia (Split, Zagreb, Bjelovar and KK Pula 1981). he selected toEurobasket.com All-Adriatic League European Player of the Year in 2024.
