Roanne will meet Aix-Maurienne (#7) in the next round. Bourg will play against the league’s leader ASVEL (#1) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In League Elan Bearnais was beaten by ASVEL on the road 80-69. Antibes won against Marseille on its own court 92-81. Aix-Maurienne outscored Fos-Provence in Aix-les-Bains 71-34. Nantes managed to beat Lorient at home 79-61. Le Mans defeated Le Havre on the opponent’s court 69-57. Chalon beat Nanterre in a home game 96-87. Sluc Nancy lost to CFBB Paris on the road 47-61. Winless Paris was outscored by Gravelines on its own court 71-95. Metropolitans was rolled over Strasbourg in a road game 99-75.
