K.O. Holargos (National League 2) signed 19-year old guard Dionysios Toumazatos (194cm-2005) for upcoming 2024-25 season. Toumazatos played last season at AEO Proteas Voulas in the National League 1. National League 2 will be definitely a better match and he can see more playing time. He helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in the league.
The previous (2022-23) season he played at Panathinaikos (U18 League) where in 5 games he had 5.0ppg, 1.8rpg and 3.2apg in that year. Toumazatos’ team won the U18 League title. 2022-23 was a great season as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Greek U18 Rising Star Tournament Honorable Mention. Toumazatos also played 4 games in Adidas Next Generation Tournament where he recorded 6.8ppg, 1.0rpg, 2.8apg and 1.0spg in that year.
