This derby game ended with only one-point home defeat of 3rd ranked Ramat Gan (18-8) to fifth ranked Hapoel Holon (15-12) 84-83 on Saturday evening. H.Holon looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward Justin Smith (201-1999, college: Arkansas) who scored 21 points and 7 rebounds. The other American import guard Tahjere McCall (193-1994, college: Tennessee St.) chipped in 8 points, 6 rebounds and 12 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was South Sudanese-American Nuni Omot (204-1994, college: Baylor) who recorded 19 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). H.Holon maintains fifth position with 15-12 record. Newly promoted M.Ramat Gan keeps the third place with eight games lost.

It was a good game for American point guard Alex Hamilton (193-1993, college: La Tech, agency: SLN) who saved his team from a defeat with 21 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals. Dakarai Tucker contributed with 21 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. American forward Bryson Williams (203-1998, college: Texas Tech) replied with 30 points and 5 rebounds (on 13-of-15 shooting from the field) for Bnei Hertzeliya. Hapoel Haifa have a solid three-game winning streak. H.Haifa moved-up to sixth place. Bnei Hertzeliya lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with 14 games lost.

Bnei Hertzeliya – H.Haifa 89-90
Important game to mention about took place in Hod Hasharon.
