Bam Adebayo was a recent guest on former NBA star JJ Redick’s The Old Man & The Three podcast, discussing multiple topics ahead of the Miami Heat locking up the No.1 spot in the Eastern Conference.
The Heat have improved tremendously since Adebayo’s rookie season and are among the favorites for the title heading into the playoffs. They are expected to at least contend for the Eastern Conference Championship this year, a far cry from their getting bounced 4-1 by the Philadelphia 76ers in the first round of the 2017/18 playoffs.
While speaking about the center’s first season with the team, Redick made sure to remind Bam of how short the playoff run was at the end of the term. Bam agreed that it was short and playfully swore at his host.
“Yeah, yeah, very short,” he said, before adding a cheeky “f*ck you.”
