Rudy Gobert returned to the Timberwolves lineup in the play-tournament after a single game suspension for punching Kyle Anderson.
The French center played 33 minutes and finished with 21 points and 10 rebounds as Minnesota defeated Oklahoma City rather easily 120-95.
Anthony Edwards, who scored 19 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and dished out 6 assists for the winners, says that the presence of Gobert secured his team the win.
“Once I found out Rudy was playing, I knew we already had the game for sure,” the 21-year-old shooting guard said postgame.
The Wolves will face the Nuggets in the first round of the playoffs.
