Anthony Davis had to leave the game vs the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night, due to a left knee injury.
Davis suffered a left knee contusion and didn’t return to the game. He will have an MRI in Chicago on Saturday that will show the severity of the injury.
“Hopefully it is something minor and he can get back soon, but we will find out tomorrow,” Lakers head coach Frank Vogel told reporters afterwards.
Anthony Davis spent 20 minutes on the floor vs the Wolves, but couldn’t help his team avoid the 92-110 road loss. The Lakers dropped to 16-14, whereas Minnesota improved to 14-15.
