ALBA Berlin announced on Tuesday that starting shooting guard Marcus Eriksson will miss several weeks with a back injury. He was diagnosed with transverse process fractures on his left lumbar spine, which he suffered during the team’s EuroLeague opener in Barcelona. Now in his third season with ALBA and sixth in the EuroLeague, Eriksson averaged a career-high 12.4 points on 44.3% three-point shooting last season.
