Bottom-ranked Overtime (0-14) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 120-65 loss to fifth ranked Kutaisi (11-4) in Kutaisi. It was a good game for Nikoloz Berekashvili (195-2007) who led his team to a victory with a triple-double by scoring 19 points, 19 rebounds and 11 assists. Saba Buadze contributed with 28 points (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field) for the winners. Luka Luarsabishvili (192-2008) replied with 13 points and 7 rebounds for Overtime. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Kutaisi maintains fifth position with 11-4 record. Overtime at the other side still closes the standings with 14 games lost. Kutaisi will play against higher ranked Orbi (#3) in Tbilisi in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
