Czarni at the other side still keeps top position with five games lost. They share it with Anwil. WKS Slask will play against Wilki Morskie (#8) in Szczecin in the next round. Czarni will play at home against the league’s second-placed Anwil (#2) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
Stal (#4) was upset in Wroclaw by seventh ranked WKS Slask 79-69. The best player for the winners was Kerem Kanter who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds. WKS Slask’s coach Andrej Urlep used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was James Palmer Jr who recorded 20 points. WKS Slask maintains seventh place with 12-8 record. Stal lost third consecutive game. Defending champion keeps the fourth position with seven games lost. WKS Slask will meet at home Wilki Morskie (#8) in the next round. Stal will play against Trefl (#9) in Sopot and hope to secure a win.

There were no shocking results in the rest of the games of round 21: Arka lost to Zastal on the opponent’s court 61-75. Astoria was outscored by King in a home game 71-102. MKS DG recorded a loss to Stal on the road 80-91. Legia defeated HydroTruck on its own court 73-60.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 17 points and 9 rebounds by Dragan Apic of Zastal.

Zastal – Arka 75-61

Very expected game in Zielona Gora where 12th ranked Asseco Arka (8-14) was defeated by sixth ranked Enea Zastal (13-8) 75-61 on Wednesday. The best player for the winners was Serbian power forward Dragan Apic (206-95) who scored 17 points and 9 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). The former international Jaroslaw Zyskowski (203-92) chipped in 13 points and 5 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Serbian point guard Novak Music (188-98, agency: BeoBasket) who recorded 18 points and 5 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and international center Adam Hrycaniuk (206-84, college: Cincinnati) added 8 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Enea Zastal moved-up to fifth place. Loser Asseco Arka keeps the twelfth position with 14 games lost. Enea Zastal will meet Legia (#6) in the next round. Asseco Arka will play against Spojnia (#11) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
