The game between third ranked Kadrina (12-4) and fourth ranked Ulikool/Estiko (13-4) was the most important one in the last round on Thursday night. Kadrina was crushed by Ulikool/Estiko in Tartu 76-102. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Kadrina. Ulikool/Estiko moved-up to third place. Kadrina at the other side dropped to the fourth position with four games lost. Ulikool/Estiko are looking forward to face league’s leader Eesti M. in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Kadrina will play against Paide VW and is hoping to win this game.
An interesting game for Eesti M. (16-1) which hosted in second-ranked Reinar Halliku (14-3). First ranked Eesti M. managed to get a 7-point victory 89-82. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Reinar Halliku. Eesti M. have an impressive series of eleven victories in a row. They maintain first place with 16-1 record. Reinar Halliku at the other side keeps the second position with three games lost. Eesti M. will play against Ulikool/Estiko (#3) in Tartu in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Reinar Halliku will play at home against TSA Kalev and hopes to get back on the winning track.
The game in supposed to be also quite interesting. Fifth ranked Tamsalu (9-7) played at the court of 8th ranked Haapsalu (5-12). Tamsalu smashed Haapsalu 87-64 on Thursday. Tamsalu maintains fifth place with 9-7 record. Newly promoted Haapsalu keeps the eighth position with 12 games lost. They share it with Rapla KK. Tamsalu will meet at home bottom-ranked Audentese (#12) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Haapsalu will play against Rae Koss (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
In the last two games of round 17 Paide VW was beaten by Rapla KK on the road 86-75. TSA Kalev lost to Rae Koss on its own court 76-86.
Rapla KK – Paide VW 86-75
There was a small surprise when ninth ranked Rapla KK (5-12) beat at home 6th ranked Paide VW (7-9) 86-75 on Thursday. The victory was the third consecutive win for Rapla KK. They moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Haapsalu. Loser Paide VW dropped to the seventh position with nine games lost. Rapla KK will meet Rock Tartu (#11) on the road in the next round. Paide VW will play against Kadrina (#4) and hope to secure a win.

TSA Kalev – Rae Koss 76-86
Very expected game when 10th ranked TSA Kalev (4-13) lost at home to sixth ranked Rae Koss (8-8) 86-76 on Friday. Rae Koss maintains sixth place with 8-8 record. TSA Kalev lost their fifth game in a row. They keep the tenth position with 13 games lost. Rae Koss will meet at home Haapsalu (#9) in the next round. TSA Kalev will play against the league’s second-placed Reinar Halliku in Tartu and hope to secure a win.
