KK Dubrovnik (Premijer Liga) landed 25-year old Serbian 213cm center Lazar Nekic (college: LMU). Nekic started the season at OKK Novi Pazar in Serbian KLS league. In 7 games he averaged 14.7ppg and 9.0rpg.
He has played previously professionally in Serbia (OKK Beograd, KK Sloboda Uzice and Napredak) and Croatia (Osijek).
Among many awards he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Serbian 2MLS Honorable Mention back in 2022.
Nekic graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2021 and it is his fourth season in pro basketball.
