National League is at the halfway of the Regular Season and there are still another 14 rounds left. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

National League top team – M.Raanana (12-1) had no problems winning another game on Tuesday. This time they crushed fifth ranked I.Nahariya (8-5) 90-68. M.Raanana made 20-of-24 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 I.Nahariya turnovers. M.Raanana looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. 25 personal fouls committed by I.Nahariya helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American Tyler Wideman (203-1995, college: Butler) scored 16 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the former international swingman Joaquin Shuchman (191-1995) chipped in 13 points and 6 assists during the contest. American forward Marvin Smith (198-1995, college: UNCG) responded with 14 points and 9 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. M.Raanana have an impressive 11-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 12-1 record. I.Nahariya at the other side keeps the fifth place with five games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of M.Rishon. The best player for the winners was Tyree Corbett who scored 18 points and 9 rebounds. Qua Grant produced 23 points and 5 assists for the guests. H.Kfar Qasem maintains tenth position with 6-7 record. Loser M.Rishon dropped to the eighth place with six games lost. They share the position with H.Kfar Saba. H.Kfar Qasem will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. M.Rishon will play against H.Izrael (#12) and hope to secure a win.

In the last two games of round 14 H.Safed Galil was destroyed by H.Eilat on the opponent’s court 102-62. H.Izrael managed to outperform E.Shomron in a home game 91-86.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 11 points and 8 rebounds by Maxim Fuxman of H.Izrael.


H.Eilat – H.Safed Galil 102-62

Rather expected game when 11th ranked H.Safed Galil (4-8) was crushed on the road by eighth ranked Hapoel Eilat (7-6) 102-62 on Tuesday. H.Eilat made 19-of-23 free shots (82.6 percent) during the game. H.Eilat outrebounded H.Safed Galil 48-26 including a 34-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. H.Eilat looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The best player for the winners was American guard Dirk Williams (195-1994, college: UAB) who had a double-double by scoring 26 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Tomer Porat (201-1999) chipped in 21 points. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. H.Eilat moved-up to seventh place.
