42 points scored by American guard Elijah Jenkins (6’3”-G, college: Embry Riddle) made him the second highest scoring player of the day in the world. His team Koeln DTV beat the Hagen-Haspe 88 to 81. He also added 8 rebounds and 5 assists that evening.
He played in the final of German Regionalliga (West Group) earlier this year.
Among many awards he was selected to the All-SSC Second Team in 2022. Jenkins was also selected to the CoSIDA NCAA Division II All-Academic Third Team back in 2020. He was selected as the Eurobasket.com All-German Regionalliga West Honorable Mention in 2023.
