We’re a lucky 13 games into the NBA season and your Boston Celtics are doing just fine. They have one bad loss and a couple other fairly respectable ones. The rest are wins which puts them very comfortably in 2nd place in the Eastern Conference (which looks like some kind of dystopian novel wasteland at the moment).
The 20 game rule hasn’t even kicked in yet but already we can see that the Cavs are a legit contender, the Bucks are in trouble, and the Sixers (surprise, surprise) are just waiting on various injuries to heal.
Yup, we’re already in the pre-Holidays doldrums and happily there’s very little drama around the Celtics (unless you are really hyped up for Jaylen vs. Nike).
So let’s spice things up by dropping a good old fashioned mailbag onto the blog. As usual I’m taking questions here in the comments below. In addition, I think I’ll try something new and invite people to submit questions to me on Bluesky (yes, this is my blatant attempt to get more followers over there).
