Khimki-2 dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Enisey-2‘s 32. Khimki-2 forced 24 Enisey-2 turnovers and had a 26-15 advantage in offensive rebounds. Khimki-2 looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Enisey-2‘s players. 25 personal fouls committed by Enisey-2 helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of Arseniy Ivankov (193-2005) who helped to win the game recording 10 points and 5 assists and forward Andrey Bovduy (200-2005) who added 7 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was guard Egor Skuratov (190-2005) with 16 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Khimki-2 have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Lokomotiv-2. Enisey-2 at the other side still closes the standings with eight games lost. They share the position with Avtodor-2. Khimki-2 will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Enisey-2 will play at home against Minsk (#8) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
In the last two games of round 12 Minsk was destroyed by MBA-2 on the opponent’s court 80-52. Uralmash-2 unfortunately lost to Lokomotiv-2 in a home game 77-81.

Very expected game in Moscow where 8th ranked Minsk (3-5) was crushed by third ranked MBA-2 (7-1) 80-52 on Thursday. MBA-2 dominated down low during the game scoring 40 of its points in the paint compared to Minsk‘s 20. MBA-2 forced 21 Minsk turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of Klim Adaykin (195-2005) who helped to win the game recording 12 points and 5 assists and center Viktor Shiryaev (204-2005) who added 12 points and 5 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) during the contest. Four MBA-2 players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Vitaly Duchko (197-2006) with 4 points and 8 rebounds and Belarusian Dmitry Zakharenkov (203-2005) scored 11 points. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. MBA-2 moved-up to second place, which they share with Zenit-2. Minsk lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the eighth position with five games lost. They share it with Parma-2. MBA-2 will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Minsk will play on the road against Enisey-2 (#13) in Krasnoyarsk and is hoping to prove to their fans that they can break losing series.
