Manisa Basket (BSL) added to their roster 28-year old American ex-international point guard Chris Chiozza (183cm-80kg-1995, college: Florida). Chiozza was tested by Valencia Basket in Spanish Liga Endesa, but was not approved after all. He was a member of USA Senior National Team between 2019 and 2022.
Chiozza is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in NBA (GS Warriors, Houston Rockets, Brooklyn Nets and Washington Wizards), Spain (Baskonia and UCAM), NBA G League (Santa Cruz Warriors, RGV Vipers, Long Island Nets and Capital City Go-Go) and NBA Summer League (Houston Rockets). Chiozza won district championship title in 2013 and 2014.
He was voted to SEC All-Defensive Team back in 2018.
Chiozza graduated from University of Florida in 2018 and it is his seventh season as a professional player.
