Arka Gdynia (OBL) has agreed terms with 25-year-old Serbian ex-international power forward Stefan Djordjevic (206cm-1998) for the new 2024-25 season. He is the second foreign player in the roster, with USA Jabril Durham having signed earlier. Djordjevic played last season at Basquet Girona in the Spanish Liga Endesa, averaging 5.1ppg and 3.0rpg in 29 games. Prior to that, he played for BC Igokea Mtel Aleksandrovac (Division I) in the Bosnia and Herzegovina league.
He was also a member of the Serbian international program for some years. Djordjevic played for Serbian Senior National Team between 2020 and 2021 and previously for the Under 18 National Team back in 2016.
He also represented Serbia at the European Championships (FIBA EuroBasket) U20 in Chemnitz (Germany) six years ago. During this event, he scored an average of 6.4 ppg and had 4.4 rpg.
Djordjevic has played in Bosnia and Serbia, between Zdravlje and KK FMP SoccerBet Beograd.
His team finished as the runner-up in the regular season of the Serbian League Group A in 2019.
