Manisa Buyuksehir Belediye Spor (BSL) agreed terms with 20-year old center Ahmet Yilmaz (206cm-2004) for new 2024-25 season. Yilmaz played last season at Bahcesehir in the BSL. In 8 games he had just 2.3ppg and 1.4rpg. He also played 7 games in FIBA Europe Cup where he recorded only 1.3ppg. Yilmaz helped them to make it to the cup final. The other team he played shortly was Bahcesehir. Another team he played briefly was Bahcesehir (TB2L).
He has played previously for three other teams: Galatasaray, Tesvikiye and Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul 2nd team.
Despite young age he had impressive career. Yilmaz won Turkish TB2L championship title in 2022. He was voted Eurobasket.com All-Turkish U19 League Player of the Year and Eurobasket.com All-Turkish U19 League Center of the Year back in 2021.
