Nic Claxton is likely to re-sign with the Brooklyn Nets, according to NBA insiders.
The perception around the league is that Claxton will stay with the Nets. Brooklyn has an exclusive negotiating window with Claxton starting the day after the NBA Finals ends.
Other teams can’t negotiate with Claxton until 6 p.m. on June 30. The Nets may secure a deal before then.
Brian Lewis of the New York Post reported that league executives believe Claxton will re-sign with Brooklyn.
