Despite his absence from the court since January 2022 due to injury, point guard Lonzo Ball has opted to exercise his $21.4 million player option with the Chicago Bulls for the 2024-2025 season.
The decision comes amidst uncertainty regarding his return to play. Ball, who signed a four-year, $80 million contract with the Bulls in the 2021 offseason, remains committed to the team despite his current health challenges.
