Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards was fined $40,000 by the NBA for repeatedly criticizing officials. Edwards was fined for his comments after the Timberwolves defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder on January 29.
The Wolves star started his complaints in an on-court interview immediately following the game. Edwards then continued his gripes in the locker room. His primary complaints were that the Timberwolves weren’t getting the same calls that the Thunder were getting throughout the game.
