Portland Trail Blazers rookie Scoot Henderson says that he’s wearing double zero this season because of the team’s new beginning and his license to kill mentality.

“Double zero. I just want to start something new. The fact that I’m here, it’s like a reset. Change the number kinda, just double it up. You know what they say, ‘Double zero is a license to kill.’ And that’s my mentality. So you know, kinda just matched up who I am.”
